Design Championship 2024 is completely online, with an opportunity for students to showcase their creativity and talent. All school students from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates can also participate in Design Championship 2024.

There are two Levels of Championship, Regional and DC Final.

Winners and Runner Ups of the Regional Level Championship will receive the Trophy and

E-Certificates and Only Winners of the Regional Level Competition will qualify for the DC Final Level.

The Winner and Runner Up at the DC Final Championship Will Receive a Trophy & E-Certificate of Achievement

The school students, between the age of 6 to 16 years, from all over India, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA and UNITED ARAB EMIRATES are eligible to participate in the Design Championship 2024
There are 4 group levels based on the age of students in Design Championship 2024..

Beginner - 6-7 years (Born on or between August 1st, 2016, and July 31st, 2018)

Junior - 8-10 years (Born on or between August 1, 2013, and July 31, 2016)

Middle: 11–13 years (Born on or between August 1, 2010, and July 31, 2013)

Senior - 14-16 years (Born on or between August 1, 2007, and July 31, 2010)

Participants must also upload their age proof at the time of registration.

It is required that you create a project based on the theme assigned to your registered category, and you must submit it by the submission deadline. It is important to note that incomplete projects or designs will not be taken into consideration for the design championship. Then, based on the project standard, category requirements, and guidelines, the panel will shortlist the projects and inform shortlisted teams through their registered email ids for their jury round. The jury will then conduct an interview round to further evaluate the projects and determine the winners and runners-up for regionals. After all regional jury rounds, we will then share the regional results on our website and social media pages.

All regional winners will qualify for the Design Championship final round, and they will have 3 days to improve their projects for the Design Championship final round and to resubmit the same again.

They will receive an email for the Design Championship final jury round. The jury will then conduct an interview round to further evaluate the projects and determine the winners and runners-up for the Design Championship final. After all final jury rounds, we will then share the final results on our website and social media pages.

- After jury round, jury will announce the DC final Level Winner and Runner Up, the same will be updated on Website and social media Pages.

No, only shortlisted participants will be informed through their registered email ID for the jury round, and those who are not qualified for the jury round will not receive any call, email or message for their disqualification.

If a registered team has submitted the completed project based on the issued theme for their respective category with a link giving complete access to us for their project files and does not receive an call, email before the scheduled announcement date for the jury round, they should understand that they are not qualified for the same.

Remember, a completed project means that the project submission meets all requirements and guidelines for the respective registered category. Any project submission that does not fulfill the above criteria is deemed to be disqualified and will not be considered for the shortlisting process.

When do regional and DC final results get announced? The results will be announced the day after all regional rounds and the day after the DC Final. This timeline may be subject to change based on organizational decisions. All results will get published on the Design Championship website.

No, you can not apply with a previously published design or product. All projects need to be built from scratch.

Yes, all participants will get the Participation e certificate

If your previously unpublished design/project is based on the theme issued by the Design Championship, then you can submit the same, but remember at any point of the championship, if it is found that design/project is not originally made by you or it is already published somewhere then your entry would be liable to cancel without any delay and notice.

Regional Winners/Runner up will get trophy and e-certificates

Remember, there is only one trophy for one team. However, students can pay extra trophy charges if they wish to have more than one trophy for their team members. Winners must make sure to inform us as soon as they receive the winning confirmation for extra trophies.

If the winners of the regional level championship, qualifies for the winner or runner-up position at the DC Final level championship, then they will receive only a DC Final level championship trophy for their respective achievement.

Remember, there is only one trophy for one team. However, students can pay extra trophy charges if they wish to have more than one trophy for their team members. for additional trophies Winners must notify us on the same day they receive confirmation of their win.

There will be a Winner and Runner Up from each category level. The Winners at regional Level will get qualified for DC Final Level Championship.
